Meme coins modeled around former US president Donald Trump have surged in the past 24 hours, with MAGA ($TRUMP) rising by more than 50% amid a positive outlook from the founder of a crypto fund. Meanwhile, the new Telegram trading bot Bitbot (BITBOT) that analysts are extremely bullish on, continues its astounding performance in presale.
Donald Trump-themed MAGA ($TRUMP) token surges
In a year when the US election will dominate headlines and potentially impact markets, an early outlook of the growing attention comes in the form of staggering performances by meme coins themed around frontrunner for the Republican Party’s presidential flag bearer.
On Tuesday, Mechanism Capital founder Andrew Kang outlined what he says is a bullish scenario for one of the many Trump-related meme coins. He said in a post on X:
“Meme coins are all about the attention economy and Trump is probably one of the best attention monopolizers in the world.”
The hype that surrounds Trump amid party primaries and the general election could provide the impetus that drives MAGA and other meme tokens higher, Kang noted.
$TRUMP price outlook
Currently, data from CoinGecko shows MAGA ($TRUMP) price is poised at $2.56 having hit an all-time high of $2.70 on February 6. The token’s value has surged 65% in the past 24 hours and over 1,200% in the past month.
According to the VC founder, there’s that risk that Trump could dump his approximately $1 million worth of $TRUMP. If he does, the coins could go to zero. However, there’s also the likelihood that $TRUMP takes the path of Dogecoin or Shiba Inu, which both saw a major dump by DOGE founder and Vitalik Buterin respectively but survived to currently lead the meme coin market.
Kang says MAGA could be the first meme coin with the staying power to rival Dogecoin and Shiba Inu.
Bitbot (BITBOT): New trading bot on Telegram
As meme coins see a resurgence on Ethereum, Solana and across the crypto space, the overall sentiment is bullish for Bitcoin and altcoins. The crypto investment space is teeming with anticipation after the recent approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs and Bitcoin’s upcoming halving.
Combined with a possible Ethereum ETF nod from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), coming months could be big for what analysts say could be a huge year for the trader.
That explains the interest in Bitbot (BITBOT), the new crypto trading bot on Telegram. The BITBOT presale, which has surpassed $430k in just two weeks, signals community confidence in the project.
What makes Bitbot unique?
While a number of solutions exist in the market, Bitbot’s chances of dominating come from the fact that it’s the pioneering non-custodial trading bot.
With Bitbot, retail traders have access to a secure trading platform that offers the institutional-grade tools that deep-pocketed institutions have so far domiciled to themselves. And Bitbot does it better than existing Telegram bots – by allowing users full custody and control of their assets via the decentralized API technology of Knightsafe.
If you want to trade directly from your Telegram app and still hold your assets in your cold wallet, then Bitbot is the only trading app offering this feature today. What’s more, you have the opportunity to accumulate alpha from top trending coins and meme tokens as well as tap into copy trading.
Bitbot’s snipe feature also means you can land that hidden presale gem before the market wakes up to its potential. Investors alive to this fact see another opportunity in holding the native BITBOT token – it could become one of the biggest investment opportunities in 2024 and beyond.
The Bitbot presale will run for 15 stages and offer 30% of the 1 billion BITBOT supply to early adopters. Notably, presale participants stand a chance to win $1,000 in BITBOT in the ongoing $100k airdrop.
